With one MotoGP test done and one more to go, the Paddock Pass Podcast crew take stock of what happened in Sepang. Steve English, Adam Wheeler, Neil Morrison, and David Emmett discuss the latest tech updates spotted at the Sepang circuit, and debate where the various factories stand.

After some discussion of how the quarantine restrictions and covid-19 complicated actually getting to the test, the crew move on to talk about whether any lessons can be learned from such a foreshortened two-day test, with a second test to be held at the unknown quantity of Mandalika. Then they go on to talk tech, with a look at Ducati's new front ride-height device, and what some of the other factories have been working on.

The crew then talk about what most caught their eye at the tests, and how they expect that to play out in 2022. And we finish up with our round of winners and losers.
