Another MotoGP race, another winner. The Misano round of MotoGP had plenty to talk about, so MotoMatters.com's own David Emmett joined Neil Morrison to mull over the events of the weekend.
Naturally, we start off with Dani Pedrosa's incredible victory, and discuss in-depth how it came about. We talk about where Pedrosa turned around his season, and how conditions affected his race. We also touch on the issue of crew chiefs, and address rumors that Pedrosa is to have a new one for next season.
We also look at the drama behind Pedrosa. The Movistar Yamaha teammates managed to clash again - it's almost as if they are not doing their best to avoid it - with Jorge Lorenzo accusing Valentino Rossi of making an overly aggressive pass. Neil and David both give their view of events, both of the pass and of the heated argument over it in the press conference.
Despite Valentino Rossi finishing ahead of Marc Marquez, the Repsol Honda rider finished with a slightly firmer grip on the championship. We discuss Marquez' maturity once again, and whether Rossi really has given up on the championship. We also have some words on Aprilia's strong performance, and a difficult weekend for Ducati.
We cast a quick glance over the Moto2 and Moto3 championships as well, contrasting the fates of the leaders of their respective championships. And we wrap with an assessment of Misano as an event, and a destination for a combined vacation. Enjoy the show!
