With illness preventing recording in the week after Aragon, Steve English, Neil Morrison and David Emmett got together this weekend to take a look back at Aragon and Magny-Cours and a look ahead to the flyaways.

As ever, we covered a lot of ground. Kicking off with a discussion of whether Marc Marquez has already done enough to wrap up the 2016 MotoGP title, and whether he will come under any threat from the Movistar Yamaha team. We also consider the team dynamics inside the factory Yamaha squad, and weigh up whether Valentino Rossi or Jorge Lorenzo will take second place in the championship.

The subject of Yamaha also triggered a discussion of whether the Yamaha is still the best bike on the grid, and what has changed since the first start of the season. We also look ahead to the three flyaways, wonder if a Yamaha will win another race this season, and ask if we will see a ninth winner this year.

The other big news at Aragon was of course Danilo Petrucci's concussion, and why he was allowed to race. Steve pitches in with his experiences of concussion, and Neil explains at length the precise protocol and procedure which led to Petrucci being allowed to race.

After that, we turn our attention to World Superbikes, and Chaz Davies' outstanding double at Magny-Cours. Davies himself appears on the show to explain where he gained an advantage over the Kawasakis, and we take a look at the new bikes launched at the Intermot in Cologne, and consider what impact they will have in 2017. Will the new Honda Fireblade give Nicky Hayden a fighting chance at winning a dry race? And will the upgraded Aprilia RSV4 make Eugene Laverty a force to be reckoned with in the championship?
