With the preseason over, the Paddock Pass Podcast take a look back at the Mandalika MotoGP test and ponder what conclusions can be drawn. Steve English, David Emmett, Neil Morrison, and Adam Wheeler look back over an eventual three days at a track which turned out to be in a less than ideal state.

The problems with the surface are a big topic of discussion, and we dig into what went wrong and how it is going to be fixed. We ask whether the track will be ready in time, and what really needs doing. Then we move onto the remarkable revival of Honda, and ask what HRC have done to turn things around so quickly. How important was the absence of Marc Marquez, and what does this mean for Pol Espargaro?

We also talk about Fabio Quartararo, why he was so unhappy and what it all means for his future. Will he stay at Yamaha or go elsewhere? And what are his options? And of course we look at Ducati, Aprilia, KTM, and Suzuki, and how they fared in the Mandalika test. And then as ever, we finish off with our winners and losers.
